ANJIE’S FAV! Reason WE LOVE em is because they are super popular with everyone and are a natural waist watcher. In certain African cultures, waist beads were used to monitor your waistline, a coming of age gift and for the enjoyment of one’s spouse. Now with such popularity, the uses have expanded!
If you have some health goals ahead, we recommend tying them at the top of your waist and watch them drop as your waist slims down! :-) if you happen to be bloated, the beads will roll up from its original location and drop again as you “deflate”.
There are two options for the beads:
ORIGINAL TIE ON: non stretch- these are the most authentic type of waist beads. Once tied, they cannot be removed unless they are cut off. Depending on the size of your waist, you might be able to tie them twice! Our beads are super size inclusive that will fit up to a 50 inch waistline!
STRETCHY: stretchy elastic that expands up to additional inches and are removable. The diameter of the GOLD Stretch Beads is 41inches and the SILVER Stretch Beads are 37 inches.
We recommend at least 3-4 beads to start your new look. Place them in different spots on your torso and abdomen. Any left over beads after tying by them can be used as a bracelet or anklet!💜
